This Privacy Policy explains how Vierra Fine Homes (operated by VFH Inc.; "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website, contact us, request a consultation or estimate, or apply for a position. By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5). We do not request or process payment card information through this website.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) & Calls
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS) regarding your inquiry, consultation, or project, including through automated technology.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties except subcontractors (such as our messaging provider) acting on our behalf to deliver the messages.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who operate our website and tools on our behalf (website hosting and content delivery, form and lead processing, consultation scheduling, and spam protection), who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us;
- Professional advisors, and authorities, when required by law or legal process;

6. Third-Party Services
Our website relies on third-party providers that may process limited information, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (measurement), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection), our website host/CDN, our form and lead-delivery provider, and our online consultation booking provider. Call-tracking tools are used only if and when enabled for this site. These providers maintain their own privacy practices.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, after which we securely delete or de-identify it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8a. Payment Security
We do not collect, store, or process payment card numbers on this website. We do not display on-site card-entry fields. Any construction deposits, progress payments, or financing arrangements are handled under your signed project agreement and/or through a third-party lender or payment processor's own hosted checkout, iframe, or redirect — never by entering raw card data into our pages. If a financing partner collects payment information, that partner's privacy and security practices apply to the data they receive.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your personal information;
- Opt out of marketing communications (including replying STOP to texts);
- Object to or restrict certain processing.

Your California Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Categories of personal information we collect. Through this website, Vierra Fine Homes (VFH Inc.) collects: identifiers and internet activity collected by analytics tools (such as cookie identifiers, IP address, device/browser information, and pages viewed via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager); contact and project information you submit through our forms (such as name, email, phone, and project details); employment application details if you apply; and, where call tracking is in use, phone-call metadata (such as the number dialed, caller ID, and call duration). We name only tools actually in use: GTM, GA4, reCAPTCHA, and our form/lead and consultation-booking providers.
“Selling” and “sharing.” We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of third-party analytics and advertising cookies that support cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute “sharing” (and in some cases “selling”) of personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA. Final determination of sell/share status for advertising pixels remains a client/legal decision; this site provides an on-site opt-out either way.
Your rights. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (including limiting use of sensitive personal information), the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, the right to request deletion, the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

You can opt out in either of two ways: (1) use the consent choice on this website (Accept/Decline on the cookie banner, or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of every page, which brings you to this section) and decline non-essential cookies; or (2) enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — this website honors GPC automatically as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing, with no further action required.
