It all started as a little boy when Lou fell in love with architecture. He spent his entire childhood dreaming up spaces he would one day build. The love and passion grew as he did and he purchased his first piece of real estate at the age of 19 and embarked on a full scale remodel, it’s all a fairytale from there. Lou and Maria are the proud parents of three beautiful children, two of which work in our family business.
